What I do
I help heads of product turn fragmented priorities into a shared logic for decisions, slicing, and delivery. In practice, that means:

- Creating decision principles that replace alignment theater
- Helping teams ship meaningful value instead of cutting work into pieces
- No vanity metrics. No roadmap theater. Only clarity that holds under pressure.
What I believe
Strategy is not a roadmap. And it’s definitely not a KPI dashboard.
Real strategy is the ability to explain why this work, for these users, now and to translate that logic into slices teams can actually deliver.
When that coherence is missing, teams burn out, pipelines stall, and delivery becomes performative.
Why this matters to me
I’ve worked across B2B SaaS, marketplace platforms, and large public-sector systems. Different contexts, same pattern: when clarity is missing upstream, execution pays the price.
My work is about restoring that clarity so people can move with confidence again.
