I’m Eric David Meeuwsen, a hospitality consultant based in Palm Beach, Florida. With over 30 years in the industry, I’ve worked my way up from guest services in Miami Beach to leading hotel operations across Florida and the Caribbean. I now run Meeuwsen Hospitality Consulting, where I help boutique hotels and resorts improve guest experiences, train staff, and streamline operations. I believe great hospitality starts with listening, empathy, and attention to detail. I work directly with owners and GMs to solve real problems—not just hand over a report. I also mentor young professionals through the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association and speak at colleges to support the next generation of talent. Palm Beach has been home to my family for over two decades. When I’m not working, you’ll find me fishing at sunrise, biking the Lake Trail, or boating with my wife, Melissa.
