I specialize in recruiting for mid- to large Design-Build Mechanical Contractors in the United States. I work each week to identify better qualified candidates quicker, and helping my clients find the best candidates join their team so they win more projects and stand out against their competitors. I have 4 years of experience in the Construction, Building and AECO industry, and 3 years of recruiting experience in this space. This has given me a strong understanding of BIM (Building Information Modeling), and identifying candidates that are top in their industry. I graduated from Missouri State University in 2006 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. I am originally from Kansas City and have lived in Southern California since 2009.
