After graduating with a degree in engineering with a focus in numerical analysis, I was in marketing or sales for almost 25 years with companies like HP, IBM and Internet startups. I've successfully sold, both individually or driving sales teams: products, services and intellectual property to individuals, corporations and governments in the US, Latin America, Asia, Europe, Africa and the Middle-East. I lived in Asia for years and dealt with all sorts of complex sales and marketing problems under all sorts of conditions. During all these years, I was creating and successfully executing proactive sales and marketing campaigns in a market space where any technological or price advantage might last for 6 weeks. My only consistent edge was service, knowledge and integrity. While I worked in the US I invested in real estate: rent houses and small apartment complexes. After losing money on my first three properties I started using analytics and I made money on every property from that point onward. Today I have about 25,000 lines of software which I use every day to save my clients time, money and risk whether you are investing or buying or selling real estate.
