Eric Gang is an attorney and the founder of Gang & Associates, LLC, a law firm dedicated to representing the interests of injured or disabled veterans. As founding partner, Gang manages the firm’s daily operations and oversees a team of lawyers who share his commitment to client service. An experienced Washington, D.C. attorney, Eric Gang handles everything from service-connection claims, DIC claims, and TDIU claims to CAVC appeals and increased rating claims. In certain instances, Gang also takes on select whistleblower cases centered on issues of SDVOSB and defense contractor fraud. Gang & Associates concentrates specifically on helping veterans coping with traumatic brain injury, PTSD, and other psychiatric disabilities. Much of Gang’s work as attorney focuses on appellate litigation at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC). Eric Gang also handles administrative claims at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). To date, Gang has successfully managed more than 1,000 appellate cases at CAVC. In addition to his work at Gang & Associates, Eric Gang lectures on matters pertaining to veterans’ benefits law. Gang serves as lecturer for the high IQ society Mensa, and is a teacher of continuing legal education (CLE) at Lawline.com faculty. Gang also teaches for the State Bar Association, Rossdale, and the NJICLE (New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education).
