• Trained and worked as a Mechanical and Robotic Engineer for Johnson & Johnson globally from the early 1990s. His work on total quality management allowed the company’s North American operation to increase productivity from 69% to 95% over four years.
• Applied operational asset effectiveness methodology to Kellogg’s manufacturing operation in Michigan, USA.
• Upon completion of MBA at the London Business School, joined the global consulting group of Deloitte, London, where he project managed the implementation of various performance-monitoring and business intelligence systems across Europe for the public, pharmaceutical, logistical and oil & gas sectors.
• Founded GIROUX in 2007 with the aim of providing a credible and cost-effective alternative to the ‘big five’ consultancies, offering particular specialisation in the application of business analytics and technology. For almost a decade, the company has grown from strength to strength, helping its clients leverage analytical technologies to drive growth and improve performance. GIROUX works closely with the Sussex Innovation Centre and enjoys strong relationships with a number of reputable database and analytics vendors.
