Eric is the founder and CEO of Equipois Inc. Equipois's exoskeletal arm technologies increase productivity and reduce injuries in manufacturing, military, medical and other industries. Previously, Eric founded Imagility Inc., a venture that acquired innovative technologies in the entertainment industry. He served as CEO of Imagility and two of its operating companies, Luminys Systems and Actua Systems.

Before these ventures, Eric was Executive V.P. and General Counsel for Panavision Inc.; Senior V.P. and General Counsel of the Washington Redskins; and V.P. and Special Counsel to the Chairman for MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings. He received a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Brown University.
