Eric J.A. Goossens is Chief Operational Officer of PEG and a nominated producer, experienced manager, entrepreneur and senior lecturer in film, media and communication, with a MA (academic master) in Organisational Anthropology.

Eric views the world as a unique meeting place for people and ideas. It has been his life’s passion and mission to enable new perspective, opportunity and context through communication, creativity and connectivity. His drive is to discover and perceive opportunities for growth and transformation in people, teams, organizations and situations.

Throughout his life and professional experience Eric has developed the unique skills of a coaching and challenging human being, colleague, partner and leader, using the prowess of storytelling. He unleashes creativity, capacities, talent and knowledge to ensure personal, professional and organizational growth.

As an anthropologist, film producer and academic manager as well as a teacher, trainer, coach and mentor he enables new perspectives and strategies in a unique approach and innovative concepts.

In setting up, developing, lecturing and managing a film academy in the Netherlands, Eric has shown his vision, capabilitiesand skills in transformative management, education, film and audio-visual production.

Whilst performing these multidimensional roles Eric networks into projects and partnerships in order to achieve constructive co-creation and collaboration. His helicopter view enables him to challenge individual and collective paradigm and perspective throughout the ongoing process of questioning, responsibility and accountability.
