After 30 years of corporate work Erich has chosen to focus on returning value to the community. He works with churchs and not for profit organisations to develop leadership skills and release the talent of their members. He has guided the development of strategic plans as well as equipped people with specific skills. Through projects with major universities in South Africa he has sought to align their ICT capabilities with their overall goals.
