Erich Mounce leverages extensive experience in healthcare management to his decision-making roles at ETwo Consulting and Envision Hospital Corporation. As President of ETwo, Erich Mounce advises his clients on acute health and medical programs. On a daily basis, Erich Mounce conducts ETwo’s corporate strategies, finances, and mergers and acquisitions. Erich Mounce oversees multiple sites throughout Arizona, offering his expertise to their growth-achieving operations. With Envision Hospital Corporation, Erich Mounce directs operations for six facilities throughout urban regions in the United States. President and CEO Erich Mounce reports to the COB and Founder, sharing responsibility for nearly $1 billion in annual gross billings. Erich Mounce also presides over Envision Hospital’s ongoing medical education programs at universities in Chicago and St. Louis, as well as owned or partnered PHOs, IPAs, and various medical groups. Notably, Erich Mounce established a refinancing plan that allowed Envision to conduct an accounts receivable sale and mortgage agreements on its owned property. Erich Mounce’s $60 million refinancing provided an addition $10 million in liquidity and allowed Envision to pay down outstanding debts. Developing a “position control” strategy for all Envision facilities, Erich Mounce increased hospitals’ staffing budgets by 82 percent. Erich Mounce’s prior hospital management roles include the Doctors Community Healthcare Corporation, Doctors Corporation of Southern California, and Medco Associates. For 10 years, Erich Mounce served with the Los Angeles City Fire Department as a Senior Field Paramedic. Erich Mounce received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Health Administration from California State University, Northridge. Apart from his Envision Hospital Corporation direction and Compensation Committee membership, Erich Mounce serves on the Boards for Michael Reese Medical Center, Pacific Hospital, and Hadley Memorial Hospital. Erich Mounce also co-founded LovingBack.com and attends to the initiatives of the Healthy Communities Foundation. Erich Mounce has also guest lectured health administration classes and led discussion panels for professionals.
