Eric Hulsman

Eric Hulsman is a real estate entrepreneur and businessman living in Alpharetta, Georgia. He is the President and Managing Member at several local real estate businesses: Jay Holdings, Inc., Shops at Cruse, LLC, Double Island, LLC, Dutchmen Properties, Inc., CITI REO Holdings Inc., and Spink Estates.

Outside of his career, Eric Hulsman loves SCUBA diving, an activity he took up while in college. He especially enjoys the thrill and challenge of spear fishing.
