Ericka holds a bachelors' degree in Psychology and Masters' in Nonprofit Management. Before venturing into the world of entrepreneurship, Ericka maintained a professional career in social services. She is the founder and CEO of MommyMaiDD Services Inc as well as the creator of The Stork Bag by MommyMaiDD, The PostBump Bag, MommyTummys Apparel and Co-founder of YouAreCreators Inc.. Ericka is also a dynamic public speaker and has inspired many budding entrepreneurs to spread their wings and fly.

A budding business icon, Ericka is taking the world of business by storm and encourages women entrepreneurs, specifically, to have a "sky's the limit" attitude toward entrepreneurial ventures.

Ericka is a wife and mother of 3 young boys. When she is not working, she enjoys reading, traveling, trying new food and spending time with her husband and children.
