Eric Kauffman is currently the co-owner of an International student travel company, with the objective of developing life changing travel experiences for students of the performing arts. His background in music education, theatre directing & producing, and ensemble performance touring, connect his artistic through business approach. Eric is motivated by his passion for promoting the values of cross-cultural travel through the performing arts. He considers himself a ‘renaissance student,’ eager to both build on his foundations in arts education and performing arts production, and stay in tune with the latest business and marketing strategies through continued networking.

His hunger for knowledge and determination to turn artistic performance experiences into real cultural understanding has contributed to his most recent success with Beyond The Classroom Tour & Travel, where he developed international educational travel experiences for award-winning arts programs in each musical, theatre, and dance discipline, both nationally and internationally. Meanwhile, he vastly improved the productivity of his company by implementing strategic business management methods without sacrificing valued artistic experiences..

Eric believes teamwork in the workplace is his key to success - a tenet he lives out through his interests in team sports community gardening, and directing/producing.
