Erick Hosaka is a dentist with a heart of an entrepeneur. He was born and raised in Lima, Peru. His grandparents are japanese and like them, he left his country of origin looking for a big future. His dream is to create an organization that spread goodwill and happiness. He believes in the power of knowledge, networking and generosity.

He holds a 2 year AEGD certificate from U. Maryland and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University. He owns a private practice in Chevy Chase, Maryland and teaches at University of Maryland Dental School.
