He primarily handles distribution operations for the part of the company that sells equipment and products to clients in the fire service, including breathing apparatuses, thermal infrared imaging cameras, and helmets. Due to his success in his position, Eric Klotz has earned accolades as a Top Sales Role Model within the company. He is especially skilled at converting clients from competitors.

Mr. Klotz holds a master of business administration from the University of Texas, his home state. Prior to joining the world of sales, he served in the US Navy.
