Erick Olivera Mendez

Erick Olivera Méndez, an experienced legal advisor and consultant in Mexico City, has extensive experience assisting companies in areas that integrate law and technology. In addition to providing general management advice and policy analysis, he maintains a specific focus on public procurement and supply chain processes. Erick Olivera Méndez shared his experience in the 2013 article “High Complexity Purchases and Their Inevitable Litigation” in the Mexican business publication El Mundo del Abogado.

Among his other postsecondary degrees, Mr. Olivera Méndez has a Juris Doctorate from the International Institute of Law and State and a Government Procurement Specialist designation from the National Institute of Public Administration.He also has specialty degrees in energy law and maritime law, as well as a master of law and a bachelor's degree in criminology and criminology.
