My name is Erickson Mae A. Aquino. I was born on September 9, 1992 in the Philippines. I reside in the island of Guam. I graduated from the University of Guam back in 2015 with honors (Magna Cum Laude) and triple majored in Philosophy, East Asian Studies, Japanese Studies, and double minored in Japanese Language and Biology.
I am an accomplished TRIO academic advisor from the University of Guam, assisting hundreds of low-income and potential first-generation college students. I have instructed various academic success workshops and financial literacy presentations to encourage and assist my students in their post-secondary education transition. Prior to to TRIO, I worked as an extension associate for the University's International Programs in coordinating multiple professional development, educational, and cultural projects for both local employers and international clients.
