I am the resident representative for the IMF in Zambia, serving the Zambian authorities in their reform program.
I am a French national, with a decade of experience working on African economies built through a mix of capacity development delivery and IMF program surveillance.
Before Zambia, I spent 5 years in East Africa (Burundi, Tanzania) where I assisted authorities in developing medium-term fiscal and debt frameworks in Burundi as an ODI fellow.
I then worked for the IMF East Afritac based in Tanzania where he built capacity of member countries on macro fiscal frameworks.
I then moved to Washington DC for five years in the Institute for Capacity development and in the African department, where I worked on the Central African Economic and Monetary Community and its common policies in support of member countries reform programs and recently helped negotiating a new EFF program and a pilot Resilience and Sustainability facility for Seychelles.
I I kick-started my career in the London's asset management scene. And this year might just be the one where I finally conquer the last level of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter if time allows!
When I'm not knee-deep in work, you'll find me doing a lot of sports – from freediving to cycling, sailing or fencing and occasionally serving up aces on the tennis court, or hitting the pavement for a good run.
