Eric Leys

Eric Leys began his career in the retail automotive business in 1999 at a Honda dealership in suburban Chicago. Eric has served in capacities including Sales Advisor, Internet Sales Manager, F&I Manager, New Car Sales Manager, General Sales Manager, General Manager, and dealership Co-Owner.

In mid-2018, Eric rejoined Penske Automotive Group to serve as General Manager of Lexus San Diego. Lexus San Diego earned the Elite of Lexus Award in 2018 and 2019.

Eric focuses on building a framework and culture that drives positive results through employee engagement and development, process documentation and improvement, and performance excellence.
