Currently I lead the efforts of the Microsoft U.S. Solution Partner business to deliver joint success between Microsoft and our Solution Partners by driving sales and business excellence in execution, strategy, and programs. Includes: Sales modeland target creation/execution, Strategic business and sales reporting model delivery, Role & model definiition, commitments, success metrics, and strategic alignment across segment teams, as well as driving U.S. and Worldwide execution alignment.

Previously, I was the Microsoft Global Partner Experience Lead in the Worldwide Partner Group, on point for leading our Partner relationship and experience strategy for our Microsoft Partners around the world. This included working with our Partner experience leads from each of the countries as well as our Partner Community engines and other feedback mechanisms to identify key issues and opportunities to increase the satisfaction of Microsoft Partners around the world with Microsoft.
