I am an HR Transformation Executive focused on turning HR strategy into enterprise execution. I help leadership teams stabilize, simplify, and scale People Operations by redesigning how HR work gets done end-to-end across shared services, COEs, and HRBPs.

My work sits at the intersection of HR Strategy & Transformation, HR Operating Model Design, and Enterprise HR Execution. I lead business-critical change that improves service delivery, reduces cost and risk, strengthens governance and creates the operating discipline needed to support growth, integration and organizational change.

With 25+ years of experience across engineering, logistics, manufacturing, aviation, PE-backed, and Fortune 500 environments, I have built and led HR transformation programs that move beyond reorganization charts and technology implementations. I focus on the full system: operating model, organizational design and alignment, role clarity, process design, decision rights, HR technology enablement, KPI and portfolio performance management, and adoption. I also bring a strong focus on people analytics and workforce analytics to improve decision quality and execution discipline.
