I love helping people create things. I've helped musicians create concert tours. I've helped production companies create conferences and events. I've also helped financial professionals create better client meetings. Now I spend most of my time helping people create relationships and lives that they never thought possible.

I believe in the power of research. I also believe the power of intuition. My favorite part of my job is coming alongside teams, groups and individuals and helping them unlock their own creativity. It seems like that's usually a word reserved for artists, songwriters or people wearing ironic plastic-rimmed glasses. However, I think is also applies to accountants creating better spreadsheets or parents creating better homes.

I work with adolescents, adults and couples across a wide range of other issues including depression, anxiety, abuse, addiction and trauma. I also have experience in neurological rehabilitation and specialize in working with clients who have suffered from strokes, traumatic brain injuries and other neurological disorders.

I create space where clients can explore some of their more private or complex challenges. I pull from a diverse set of experience and training in interpersonal neurobiology, cognitive behavioral therapy and attachment theory to craft sessions that are tailored to each client’s individual needs.
