Eric Najork

Executive Eric Najork is a business director with vast experience in financial negotiation. Throughout his career, Eric Najork has held a number of leadership positions with several private financial services firms. Mr. Najork's expertise lies in billing, credit, debt collection, negotiation, contract negotiation, executive management, operations management, sales management, process improvement, and financial analysis.

Presently, Eric Najork is the president of the New York State Collectors Association, an organization affiliated with 135 New York collection agencies, and serving government agencies, hospitals, law firms, credit unions, banks, and corporations. In addition, Eric Najork serves as the president of the Board of Directors of the American Collectors Association International, and as Executive Vice President of the Collection Bureau Hudson Valley and HBS.

Earlier in his career, Eric Najork also worked for the Collection Bureau Hudson Valley first as a collector, then as Senior Account Executive, a position he held for six years. As Senior Account Executive, Mr. Najork's responsibilities included acquiring and managing prospective and current clients, from which he gained experience in directing financial negotiations.

Eric Najork is a graduate of Union College, where he was a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity and from which he holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Alongside his professional contributions, Eric Najork is a supporter of numerous national charitable organizations, including the American Cancer Society, Habitat for Humanity, and local organizations such as St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital, the YMCA of Eastern Orange & Duchess Counties, the Food Bank of Hudson Valley, and the St. Francis Hospital Health Alliance of the Hudson Valley. In his free time, Mr. Najork enjoys golf, volunteering, and spending time with his family.
