After almost 30 years in Human Resources executive positions in the industry around the world , I decided to change my role in this world and to dedicate my time and energy to help and support individuals and organizations in their activities . Today my contribution in a French or international context is focused on supporting executives dealing with the complexity of people management and exercise of their leadership.
My role with individuals and teams is to help reveal the meaning of things and to initiate transformation.

My experience in the industry allowed me to develop abilities in people selection, evaluation and also in change management.
