Eric Perardi

Eric Perardi, based in Austin, Texas, is the Principal Owner of Perardi Development and a former Division 1 hockey player. Like many young athletes, Eric struggled with the sport in his early years. However, hard work, dedication, and the right size skates made all the difference—he was eventually offered a Division 1 hockey scholarship to Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. In 1995, Eric and the Rensselaer team won 1st place in the ECAC Championships.

Though he doesn't play competitively anymore, hockey remains an essential part of Eric Perardi's life. For example, his most recent development project is The Crossover, a sports complex featuring two NHL regulation rinks and multiple turf fields. He and his team at Perardi Development hope to expand The Crossover into other areas of Texas.
