Eric Perez

Eric Perez is the writer & creator of Cask & Creek. While attending DePaul University in 2008 he had the idea to start a specialy popcorn copany & dropped out to open Chicago Gold Popcorn. Recently, Eric sold the company in July 2011 & now writes full time on Cask & Creek.
