Eric is also the Chief Executive Officer of Chinero Global Ltd. and the co-founder of ComposeFlow AI, an integrated AI business platform that helps entrepreneurs and businesses generate marketing content, campaigns, AI-powered videos, images, voiceovers, transcriptions, code, and other business assets from a single workspace.

Earlier in his career, he served as the Director General of Fish for Life Initiative, where he led youth empowerment programmes that equipped more than 3,500 Nigerians with entrepreneurial skills, practical training, and pathways to self-employment, contributing to economic empowerment and sustainable livelihood development.

Beyond his companies, Eric has organized training programmes, workshops, and webinar series, including Boardroom to Bookshelves, helping professionals turn their knowledge into books, strengthen their personal brands, and build new streams of income.
