Eric Podwall

Eric Podwall is an entertainment executive and film producer who serves as President of Podwall Entertainment, a talent management and production company based in West Hollywood. For close to twenty years, he has guided the company's work across film, television, and music, building lasting working relationships with artists and creative partners throughout the industry.

Podwall's recent work as a producer includes Plainclothes, the feature debut of writer and director Carmen Emmi. The 1990s drama, inspired by true events and led by Tom Blyth and Russell Tovey, had its world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival in January 2025 and reached theaters that September through Magnolia Pictures, earning strong reviews from critics. His earlier credits include executive producing television and live concert specials.

Beyond his professional work, Podwall is committed to philanthropy. He has supported the Elton John AIDS Foundation for more than a decade, championing its efforts to expand HIV prevention, testing, and care for communities around the world.
