With a passion for impact and a drive to foster growth within the MSME ecosystem, she has dedicated her career to supporting and developing small and medium-sized enterprises through her role at the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund.

Throughout her career, Erics-Sobukonla has demonstrated a commitment to creating meaningful change by leveraging her skills in strategy development, project management, and stakeholder engagement. Her ability to understand the needs of MSMEs and tailor solutions to address those needs has earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor and leader in the field.

Erics-Sobukonla brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role as MSME Business Support/Development Head at the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund and also driving impactful programs through her role as the executive program manager at Ascend Studios Foundation.

She bags an MSc. Business Administration at the Prestigious Rome Business School, and an Executive MBA at the Universitat Internacional Valenciana-Valencian International University, S.L.She also is an associate member of the CIPM Nigeria (ACIPM) with expertise in the Human Resources and Talent retention particularly focused on supporting SMEs to secure and retain great talents to building sustainable business ecosystem.Her expertise lies in designing and implementing programs aimed at empowering entrepreneurs, fostering innovation, and driving sustainable growth. She loves to read and travel to discover new places and traditions.

With over 18 years of both public and private sector experience, Erics comes with wealth of experience in ADR, Negotiation, Leadership, Strategy, and problem solving skills.
