Eric Scofield

Chicago-based culinary and hospitality professional Eric Scofield built the foundation of his career at Kendall College. After earning a place on the Dean’s List, he graduated with an associate of applied science in culinary and hospitality studies in 2007. Those essential skills have guided Eric Scofield in his role as the assistant general manager of Ruth's Chris Steak House in Chicago for the past two years. His work at the prominent restaurant chain also ties in to many of his personal interests and hobbies.

Most notably, Eric Scofield has a strong interest in the culinary arts, and he considers cooking to be one of his favorite and most practiced hobbies. He specifically enjoys the processes related to smoking an assortment of meats as well as pickling. When he is not at the restaurant or whipping up something in his personal kitchen.
