I own domestic hiring for Product, Solutions and R&D divisions and I understand the crucial part that I play in helping my region to achieve success (success starts with the awesome people I hire, after all). I own relationships with our Co-Founders, Leads, as well as our hiring managers and hold a position as the subject matter expert of the local and global engineering talent market.

I know we’re a small company, growing quickly, so I understand that my role does not stop at hiring great colleagues for our respective teams: I help to own their on-boarding and assist with their ongoing engagement and success in their roles.
