Eric Stirpe

San Rafael, CA

Eric Stirpe was born and raised in various locations along the United States East Coast before moving to Los Angeles in 2007. A life-long lover of film and video games, all he ever wanted to do in life was make movies and tell stories.

After graduating from USC in 2011, Eric was fortunate enough to create a career for himself as a screenwriter, writing screenplays for independent animation studios, the Chinese film industry, and boutique production companies. He's had several scripts optioned which are probably still floating around somewhere.

In 2013, Eric moved to the San Francisco Bay Area to start working for Telltale Games, where he is now a writer working on their episodic franchises, including The Walking Dead, Tales From The Borderlands, and Minecraft: Story Mode. When not writing video games, he still writes screenplays, short stories, and dumb tweets. He is also currently writing his first novel.
