In addition to his work with other companies, Mr. Swallow has accomplished a great deal as an serial entrepreneur, founding and leading multiple marketing, communications, and IT development companies that worked with clients such as First American, AT&T, Oracle, Fidelity, and the City of Oakland. He owned and operated an advertising agency from 1991 to 2007 and a card room casino from 2007 to 2014.
Since 2001, Eric Swallow has been a diverse real estate developer in the greater Los Angeles area. His portfolio of properties centers on high ROI assets in both the commercial and residential sectors.
