I’ve spent the past 15+ years of my career providing legal, business development and general management leadership to high-growth organizations primarily in the online world.

Currently I'm COO & General Counsel at ClassifiedAds.com, a bootstrapped online marketplace. Previously I’ve been a law firm attorney, in-house counsel, exec at both public and private companies and entrepreneur. Although I’ve worn many hats over the years, I mainly focus on developing relationships, negotiating deals and protecting the company’s interests.

I live in Seattle with my wife and two kids. I love to ski and golf but I don’t do as much of either as I would like.
