Eric S. Bullington

I am a translator, writer, and genealogist. I am intrigued by new technologies and enthralled by language and languages. I earn my keep translating medical and pharmaceutical documents, but I am also developing a new language technology for translators and researching material for two non-fiction books.

I place a great deal of importance on volunteering. On a global level, I volunteer regularly as a translator and translation coordinator for the New York office of Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors without Borders (MSF-USA). On a national and local level, I am a volunteer and former steering committee member for my chapter of the Medical Reserve Corps. In my community, I serve on the board of the Montessori School of Camden.

I have a family of five: my brilliant, loving wife, my devoted 3-year-old daughter, my headstrong 1-year-old son, and my gentle 12-year-old pointer mix. I spend most of my non-working time with them.

In the little time that remains, I enjoy reading non-fiction and researching family origins. I'm writing a narrative history on the lives of John and Patience Turner and their descendents (book proposal available to agents and publishers upon request).
