I,m an enthusiastic customer focused relation manager with conceptual understanding. My experience covers different branches. In recent years, especially in the healthcare market for medical devices, including product management, sales, marketing, omnichannel and CRM. In the above areas, I have experience with large tenders, the development/ launch of products and developing of retention (loyalty) programs. Besides my substantive experience, I like to manage teams, my leadership focuses on customer service, call center and warehouse departments.
