Hardworking, Passionate and Communicating
Just a few adjectives to describe the person I am. But how did I come to these conclusions? First off, I am an extremely hard worker. I commit myself to my job and take pride in my work. Everyday is a careful balancing act of working, school, running a record label and spending time with my son. But I do all these well and take a lot of pride in that.
Second, comes my passion. It is important to be passionate about the things we do in life. This fire helps to drive us; make us want to do better. If we are passionate about the job we do, it will make us want to do more and do it of better quality. I see this in myself everyday. I care about the people I work with and want to help them. I put all my extra time and effort into building a record label from scratch. I do well in school so I can hopefully have a successful life. On top of it all, I manage to still spend time with my son and care for his needs.
Finally, comes my communication. It is important to be a good communicator, not just to explain how you feel, but also how to listen to others. Communication is a key element in a workplace. Without good communication, employees may become disgruntled and eventually turn over (quit). For me, communication is an essential tool, especially as a writer. It gives me the ability to speak not just for myself, but for others as well.
In conclusion, I feel these terms are very important to help reveal the person I am and how they can help others. Not just in a work environment, but in a social environment as well. My question to you, what three words would you use to describe your conceptual framework?
