After Sergeant Eric Wayne Weisinger graduated from Jersey Village High School in 2004, he enlisted into the United States Marine Corps. Among other accomplishments, he has earned seventy college credits in the Marine Corps while attending Grand Canyon University. Sergeant Weisinger is looking forward to the pride of furthering his experiences in management and sales opportunities that a career in sports may present. Balancing the stress between work and family can be difficult, but he is up for the challenge.
Sergeant Weisinger took the initiative to begin working at the age of fifteen. He worked at McDonald's for three years, followed by Red Lobster for one year, and finally began his career in the Marine Corps at the age of nineteen. Through his hard work and challenges, Sergeant Weisinger has enjoyed the sense of pride and brotherhood that comes from serving his country. After his career in the Marine Corps, he hopes to accomplish a successful second career in the professional sports industry.
The small amount of free time he has is spent with his wife of four years and their two children. As a family, they enjoy closely following professional sports teams. Sergeant Weisinger loves to travel and the Marine Corps has sent him to incredible places like Spain, Italy, and Greece just to name a few.
Sergeant Weisinger enjoys being a Marine, but knows the importance of planning for a career following his time as a Marine. Achieving a job in the sports industry will help fulfill his lifelong goal of working with professional athletes. Obtaining this job field can assist him in continuing to support his family, as well as set a good example for his son.
