Throughout my academic and professional career, I've always achieved the goals that I set for myself. That is why I completed three internships during my college career and stayed on the Dean's List throughout my enrollment at Penn State University. Utilizing my excellent people skills combined with my technical and professional background, I have achieved a wide variety of experience from all of the positions I've held such as:

-IT operations support

-Consulting

-Business analyst work

-Regulatory and control experience

-Sales

After working for Accenture, JPMorgan Chase, Progressive Insurance, and FirstEnergy, I was able to take my educational background and apply it to specific real world projects. These projects included knowledge base article creation, website and application beta testing, IT procedure optimization and full life-cycle process implementation.
