I find the most joy in bringing a smile to someone's face. I feel so rewarded at the end of every day that I get to work with older adults and seniors with Alzheimer's and dementia. I have been in the field since 2010 and have enjoyed every single day. I love talking to people and getting to know their stories. Everyone has something to say. They just need someone willing to listen.
