Boston resident. New England Native. UConn Alum.
I am a multifamily value investor focused on missing middle housing in B-class neighborhoods. I target submarkets with solid fundamentals and then seek to acquire properties at an attractive basis where value can be added —usually through a mixture of operational improvements, better technology, and physical renovations.
Professionally, I have over 5 years of experience in the lease-up, operations, and business plan execution of numerous Class-A multifamily developments throughout Connecticut. With my current role at Placemakr, I‘m working on our goal of establishing a new flexible-use asset class by blurring the lines between hospitality and home.
Endlessly curious and a questioner by nature, I've always had a disposition towards pushing boundaries and violating conventions that don't make sense (ask for forgiveness, not permission). I'm a big believer in using automation and systems to create efficiencies—attention should be reserved only for the highest leverage activities.
My personal ambition revolves around designing a lifestyle rich in optionality. This includes the goals of achieving increased financial, time, and location independence. To do this requires a decoupling of time input from financial output—a concept I was fortunate enough to realize early on. It is this understanding that has informed all of my career decisions, which has led me to become the real estate and personal finance nerd that I am today.
