I’m a senior design leader with extensive experience in UX, product development, research and service design.

I follow a "servant leadership" philosophy - I care about the right work being prioritised and how the work gets done. I have consistently received 95% management satisfaction ratings and enjoy leading and learning from teams to build positive cultures based on trust, feedback, and continuous improvement.

I prioritise customer needs in everything I do to create a shared understanding of problems to be solved, helping cross-functional teams work together effectively to deliver business impact. And because there is rarely a cookie-cutter approach I collaborate on mixed-method approaches blending design, product, agile, research tactics.
