Erik Noel

Erik Noel was born, raised and educated in Woodbridge, Virginia. Erik sought further education at George Mason University earning a BS in Management and finalized his MS in Management with a concentration in Contract Management & Acquisition at Florida Institute of Technology. Erik is also a Georgetown University certified Change Management Advanced Practitioner (CMAP) consultant. With expertise in overall management (business development, people management, process improvement, budget management, schedule management, performance management, scope management, etc). Erik currently implements his management skills as consultant (Associate) for Booz Allen Hamilton.

In his free time, he manages a small home theater installation and promotions & marketing business in the greater National Capital Region. As owner and lead consultant for eSolutions Plus+, Erik has a passion for home theater design and installation after serving as a certified THX home theater installer and salesman for 10 years. Erik also has a passion for social media and marketing services.

Another passion is his love for his fraternity, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated. He is a proud Omega Man serving in the greater Prince William County area of Northern Virginia.
