All Over The World

I'm a globally recognized thought leader in analyzing and understanding all aspects of shopper marketing and the consumers' journey (digitally and physically). I've got a vividly clear understanding of how to identify on/off ramps, and specialize in optimizing the pathway to purchase (digitally and physically).

Also, I specialize in digital/physical brand strategy/planning, experiential methodology, new media and especially deploying new, blue ocean technologies. My thinking assists brands to stretch their thinking so far ahead that the curve isn't even visible in their rear view mirror.

I'm a firm believer that a brand is a summation of their experiences they provide consumers. I know that there are various modalities of experience, but each is integral in understanding the consumer brand relationship. After running my extremely successful boutique shop, Swivel Media, in San Francisco, I moved on to be the VP, Executive Creative Director for HAVAS. Currently, I'm focusing on epicenteRx and my EMF property.

I created the homes of Experiential Methodology - (http://experientialforum.com) in early 2004. It's within that community that I began to lead the way in teaching true, media agnostic experiential marketing methodology - worldwide. Today the EMF has tens of thousands of members from every country and sovereign nation recognized by the UN and then some.

I believe to properly service clients in contemporary culture an agency must have one foot planted in the digital world and the other planted in the physical world. This strategy ensures that brands deliver multi-mediated experiences where and when the audiences will be most receptive to making a lasting connection via brand experiences.

I am also founder of the International Experiential Marketing Association (IXMA http://ixma.org). I'm an international speaker, blogger, media commentator and magazine columnist on all experience branding subjects, digital and technology coring on social trends
