I was born in 1995, during a storm that left about two feet of snow on the ground. I live, and have grown up, in a small town in central Ohio. I started preschool when I was four, and my favorite thing to do was play the piano. I will never forget the trauma I endured in not being able to play the piano on my last day at the school.
I started my freshman year of high school in 2010 at Buckeye Valley. Throughout high school I was quiet and reserved, and mostly spent my time [all of it] playing World of Warcraft. I had around 1,328 days /played on my death knight alone when I decided to stop playing. My graduation was in 2014, and my graduating class was comprised of only 130 people.
After graduation and until now I have bounced around different majors at the local community college, seeing if anything is 'right' for me.
During this time I've stuck with my central hobbies, which I plan on turning in to a career, school or not. I have yet to see the utility in paying away my life's savings for a piece of paper that says I can do something equally as well (maybe) as someone who learned it all on the vast, unending vessel of knowledge that is the internet, for free.
I am focusing currently on learning programming with a secondary focus on security; specifically I am learning Solidity and how to properly audit smart contracts through a combination of static, programmatic analysis and manual auditing.
I enjoy what I do and want to turn it into a career in the Blockchain field. I am working on several small projects for practice; but hope that they will create some utility for others as well. You can find my projects at the github repo above.
