Vietnam - Ho Chi Minh City

The purpose of the product is aimed for rescuing for natural disasters. There are some requirements must meet the following demands during concept development process:

-Stand out in day and night time and be seen from far distance

-Supply power

-Recover communication breakdown

-Mobility

-Simple operation and easy maintaining

Two first requirements identify the main point, floating feature. From this idea, the concept is pushed further with new ideas:

-Could be opened and dropped from helicopter

-The container could float on the water surface

-Each station will be a standard alone station, which is able to send and receive the signal among main signal station and other floating stations.

Getting inspiration from balloon and parachute prototype, the concept is developed to create a product, which could float in the sky and carry the wind turbine.

The product offers wide range of usage and operation in different situations, which could gain more chance to receive positive responses not only from consumers but also from government in rescuing in disasters.

The product packaging will look like a cushion plump chair. If we turn it up side down, there will be a surface that could be easily opened by turning the knob in order to release the balloon. Consumer can use it as a furniture and put it in the living or bedroom. It is a 3-in-1 product.
