Erika Barker M.S. is a veteran combat photographer located in New York, New York. During the past 10 years, she has handled such diverse projects as photography for print magazines, press coverage, and corporate applications, production of documentary films, and design of marketing & promotional materials. She has covered multiple humanitarian missions in Haiti, Guyana and Nicaragua. Her extensive photographic coverage was utilized by the Department of Defense, Associated Press, Reuters and she has won numerous awards for her work in that industry

Erika is a member of the Professional Photographers of America (PPA), National Association of Photoshop Professionals (NAPP), and the National Association of Naval Photography (NANP). – She serves as Course Director for Multimedia Development and Editing, and Mobile Technology and Communication in the New Media Journalism Master of Arts program at Full Sail University.
