Erik Bernskiöld

Erik Bernskiold is a versatile web strategist and consultant with a big passion for both technology and media.

He is the Managing Director (and owner) of the WordPress web agency XLD Studios, which makes user friendly WordPress website for small and medium sized businesses, and Managing Director of Bernskiold Media, a consultancy, which guides clients from all around the world in web strategy: To improve their online presence and make their websites work better for the them.

What sets Erik apart from others is his wide knowledge of many sectors, from retail to the public sector. Having worked for companies both large (4 000+ employees) and small, he has a solid understanding of the processes and challenges for different types of businesses.

Being bilingual and with years of experience working cross-country online also gives Erik a great insight into running an online business globally, and the cultural and language challenges that you face.In addition to this, Erik has several years of experience as a business owner and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the School of Economics and Business at the University of Gothenburg including studies at the Goethe Universität in Frankfurt.

By combining his knowledge of business with the web and digital world, Erik is able to see the full business picture and put the company website in perspective to other business operation and marketing aspects.

Erik is a keen lecturer and educator and loves teaching people new things. He is often asked to speak at conferences around the world and to give lectures and workshops. Erik’s online courses on web and WordPress at the Swedish company Moderskeppet have been a direct success.
