Erik Edwards

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States

My name is Erik, and I enjoy building things. Whether it's a new picnic table, renovating an old house, or even a treehouse in the woods, to me, nothing compares to the satisfaction of a completed build.

I've been lucky enough to turn my hobby of building into my career over the past five years, and I look forward to many more exciting projects, both personally and professionally.

Incorporating the art of building into one of my other interests, the environment, has become more and more popular recently. In order to fully involve myself in this movement, I pursued a minor in Sustainable Design, in addition to becoming a LEED Accredited Professional. This vantage point of someone with both a knowledge of building science, as well as an interest and education in green building, allows me to see many topics from a unique and beneficial position.

When I'm not working on my next project, you are likely to find me enjoying the outdoors in a multitude of different ways. I enjoy traveling the country and the globe, and I'll never shy away from a new adventure.
