In April 2026, I made the intentional decision to step back from full-time permanent work to focus on quality time with my family while thoughtfully planning my next career move.

After a career spanning academic research and admissions, as well as sales and recruitment, it felt like the right moment to reflect on my experiences, be present in the moment, and position myself for the next chapter ahead.

I’m currently taking on a select number of fractional recruitment engagements (also open to finite or part-time contracts), partnering directly with leadership teams to provide flexible, high-impact hiring support. My focus is on helping organizations identify, attract, and retain top talent while aligning recruiting strategies with broader business goals.

With over 18 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across both agency and corporate environments, I bring a hands-on, results-driven approach. I’m particularly strong in sourcing and have deep experience leveraging ATS platforms (Bullhorn, Greenhouse, etc.) and LinkedIn Recruiter to build high-quality pipelines quickly.

These engagements are designed to be flexible and tailored—whether you need support on a critical search, help building out a function, or a more strategic recruiting partnership. Scope, duration, and rates are all structured collaboratively to align with your specific needs.
